Read moreIt feels like a century ago that college hoops ended unexpectedly in March, denying fans a taste of the Madness.
But finally, college basketball is back.
And ahead of the season’s start on Wednesday, Mark Titus and Tate Frazier provided fans with an all-encompassing preview, chock-full of special guest stars, including North Carolina coach Roy Williams, Iowa standout Luka Garza, UCLA coach Mick Cronin, and more.
Make sure to tune in tonight at 10 p.m. ET on FS1, but here’s an inside look at the fun to come.
Along with Williams and Cronin, another veteran coach joined the show in the form of West Virginia’s Bob Huggins, who has been to 24 total NCAA tournaments, including 23 in the last 26 seasons.
Huggins discussed the expectations for his team this season and what role he plays as an accomplished coach in the college basketball landscape.
Titus and Tate then moved on to Iowa’s Garza, who will be one of the most accomplished and experienced players returning this season.
Garza was named the preseason AP Player of the Year, and all eyes will be on him when the season starts. Of course, Titus and Tate had to ask Garza how he is handling the awards and the pressure.
“My main focus is those team accolades and our team being as successful as we can be. Obviously, it’s an honor to be talked about in the name of those of awards. But for me, the focus is to win games.”
This week hasn’t been all about basketball, however – at least not for BYU.
While BYU’s basketball team is preparing to take the hardwood after finishing 24-8 last season, the Cougars are also lighting up the gridiron, and coach Mark Pope made a case for the No. 8 BYU football program, sitting at 9-0, to play in the College Football Playoff.
“It’s unbelievable what these football guys are doing, man. It’s been so fun to watch them.”
Speaking of underrated, reigning Pac-12 Coach of the Year Mick Cronin joined the show to discuss the “East Coast bias” and highly competitive Pac-12 season ahead.
“One thing we’ve learned as coaches is making sure we do everything we can do to promote our league because we are up against the bias … People are sleeping a lot when we play.”
Make sure you aren’t sleeping on this basketball season, because it is guaranteed to be a fun one, starting with the FOX College Hoops Preview Show with Mark Titus & Tate Frazier!

East Bengal have signed several quality foreign players this season under the guidance of head coach Robbie Fowler. East Bengal are set to make their debut in the seventh season of the Indian Super League (ISL).
Fowler handpicked some quality names who have experience of playing at the highest level. One such name who has joined the Red and Golds is former Scotland international defender Daniel Fox.
Here is all you need to know about East Bengal’s new recruit Danny Fox.

Daniel Fox – Nottingham Forest
After graduating from the Everton’s academy, Fox was handed a full-time contract by the Toffees in 2004 but the young defender failed to get any game time. Hence he was sent on loan to Scottish Second Division side Stranraer FC before joining League Two side Walsall FC in 2005. He spent three seasons at Walsall before heading to Coventry City where he played under the tutelage of former Wales national team manager Chris Coleman.
The defender joined Scottish giants Celtic FC ahead of 2009-10 season. He played 15 matches in the Scottish Premiership as his side finished second behind champions and bitter rivals Rangers FC. He had also gained European experience during his time with Celtic. He played against Arsenal in UEFA Champions League qualifying game which Celtic lost and appeared in four games in the group stages of Europa League.

After just six months in Scotland, during the January transfer window, Fox had moved to the Premier League to join Burnley on a three and a half year contract. The East Bengal defender scored and assisted on league debut as Burnley defeated West Ham United 2-1.
The next two seasons, he had to play in the Championship as Burnley got relegated after the 2009-10 season. In 2011, the defender moved to fellow Championship side Southampton for an undisclosed fee. The Saints gained promotion in the subsequent year and Fox was back in the Premier League in 2012-13 season. During that campaign, Fox appeared in 20 Premier League games and had managed to score just one goal which came against Arsenal.

The defender represented England at the U21 level but later decided to play for Scotland’s national team. He had qualified to represent the Scots through his grandfather’s Scottish connections. Fox made his debut in an international friendly against Wales in 2009 which Scotland lost 0-3. He again got a call from the national team in 2012 ahead of the 2014 World Cup qualifiers. He played three matches in total at that time which included a friendly match against Australia which they won and two qualification games against Wales and Belgium which Scotland lost.
Fox played for Wigan Athletic in the Championship during the 2019-20 season. He continued his association with the club this season as well. He had signed a short-term deal at the
Twitter users went to town on Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett on Friday after he appeared to suggest there was some nefarious link between his imminent filing of a column criticizing Democratic nominee Joe Biden and the disconnection of his internet.
Jarrett — whose tweets and articles President Donald Trump has shared on dozens of occasions — said he found it “odd, if not curious, that the moment I hit ‘send’ on my column […] my Wi-Fi service disconnected.”
“Never happened before. Probably just a coincidence,” he added:
I find it odd, if not curious, that the moment I hit “send” on my column that’s highly critical of Joe Biden my Wi-Fi service disconnected. Inexplicably, it will be out all day. Never happened before. Probably just a coincidence. I drove to the local store and sent the column .

“I’m sure it’s just a communications failure. Or not,” Jarrett conspiratorially wrote in later posts:
BTW… I had to leave the house to send this tweet.

I’m standing in the middle of the street, but will return home now. Don’t want to get run over! So, I won’t be getting communications. Sorry. I’m sure it’s just a communications failure. Or not.

Jarrett’s tweets went viral for all the wrong reasons as politicians, journalists and others responded in various mocking ways:
I caused this outage due to my magical powers.
Aww, I don’t have magical powers.
But I am a recovering computer science major and Wi-Fi problems are not the result of someone monitoring your keystrokes for bad words about Biden & then shutting it off at just the right moment. https://t.co/2vKnDHNfGd

I find it odd, if not curious, that the moment I hit “send” on my column praising extra toasty Cheez-Its my Wi-Fi service disconnected. Inexplicably, it will be out all day. Probably just a coincidence. But could be Pepperidge Farm, the maker of Goldfish, interfering. Drove to https://t.co/FavZhHiF6X

I find it odd that the moment you hit “send” on this tweet, the entire internet didn’t laugh itself into a coma

People like this at Fox News are just insane. This is the one of the people that the president of the United States spends his days watching and listening to as he makes decisions. https://t.co/pxrlWN2KCg

I find it odd, if not curious, that the moment I pressed “flush” on my toilet, my toilet clogged. Inexplicably, it will be clogged all day. Never happened before. Probably just a coincidence. I drove to the local gas station and finished my dump there.
