Most people in this country are way over weight and they are playing with fire because when they approach the age of 50 and 60 in bad shape they will encounter all kinds of irreversible health problems.

You have to try to burn more calories that you are taking in order to lose weight because if you eat and sit on the couch and watch TV every night you are just going gain more weight every day of your life. Any level of physical activity will help and making excuses will not help. There is some physical exercise that you can do if you stop making excuses.
